Blake Hudson is a Cum Laude graduate of UCLA (1991) where he studied political science and was a member of UCLA’s National Championship debate team. Blake received his law degree from USC (1994) where he was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. In addition to his law degree, Blake holds a Masters, also from USC.

Blake’s law practice focuses exclusively on Construction law and litigation. He is General Counsel to over 20 construction companies of all sizes, and has been national construction counsel to a publicly traded national subcontracting firm. Blake also consults with Public Entities on construction issues. Blake has personally handled hundreds of construction matters representing owners, design professionals, developers, engineering contractors, general contractors and subcontractors related to all aspects of both private and public works projects.

Blake is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Construction section and a member of the Litigation and Public Law sections of the California State Bar. He is also a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and a member of the DRI where he serves on the Construction Committee. Blake is also a former United States Marine and a former Reserve Police Officer.
